Yoga is an extraordinary tool in the healing journey to find more peace, calm and balance. It helps you self regulate your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed, it helps create a deeper awareness of the self and with a loving kindness practice it helps you accept what is on a deeper level and feel safe in your body. The last years research has shown the immense positive impact yoga has had when improving ones mental health, working through trauma and creating both body and emotional awareness to be able to regulate life more efficiently and successfully. 

 I offer Yoga sessions both individually and in smaller groups.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a form of yoga where we modify yoga postures, breathing practices and mindfulness to maximize the experiences of empowerment and to cultivate a more positive relationship to one’s body.

In Tauma Sensitive Yoga we shift the perspective from the external to the internal, it helps restore the connection between mind and body to cultivate a sense of agency and safety within, something that is often compromised after having been through traumatic experiences. 

The private yoga lessons are held at Blekingegatan 20 in Stockholm. The prices for yoga lessons are 700kr per hour. I also offer a package deal with 5 yoga lessons of 1 hour for 3500kr.
